A regular urban workout with ThriveYourLife takes 1 hour and contains a bit of cardio, some strength training, some yoga and a lot of fun. Accessible for every age, bodytype and fitness level as modifications will always be offered. We train with our own – and sometimes other’s – bodyweight and use obstacles that we find on our way as training material. Classes can be taught in English, Dutch or bilingual. Location of the classes may vary, but will usually be in the eastern part of the heart of Amsterdam.
Apart from weekly urban workouts in Amsterdam, ThriveYourLife offers outdoor workouts at other fun places.
